Antony has over eight years post graduate experience in ecology and field surveying working in several areas of the environmental sector including the Wildlife Trust and environmental consultancy. Responsible for undertaking and coordinating a range of ecological surveys, including: Phase I and detailed Phase II NVC botanical surveys and analysis, River Corridor Assessment and Hedgerow Surveys. Survey experience with protected species including badgers, bats, great crested newts, nesting birds, reptiles, otter and water vole. Extensive experience of liaising with statutory bodies such as the Environment Agency and Natural England particularly with regards to required input into Ecological Impact Assessments, appropriate assessments, objections and species licensing. Involved in projects from their outset through planning, detailed design, licensing, implementation and subsequent management and maintenance planning.
