Tree Preservation Orders and Conservation Areas
FPCR can act as agents on behalf of a developer and/or land owner when evaluating the suitability of Tree Preservation Orders or applying for tree surgery work to any trees subject to protection or within a Conservation Area.
Services offered include objection to Tree Preservation Orders. FPCR also liaise with local authorities to determine the suitability of TPOs within the context of a development proposal. FPCR can provide the necessary appropriate supporting documentation and meet and/or consult with the Local Planning Authority (LPA) as your agent.
We also undertake independent Tree Evaluation Method for Preservation Orders (TEMPO), a system employed to quantify and evaluate Tree Preservation Orders and whether a TPO can be justified.
We can make a TPO application on behalf of clients for a variety of practical tree surgery requirements and/or root excavations to trees protected by such designations.
