A Sustainable Urban Extension at Eastern Green, west of Coventry was given resolution to grant outline consent at online committee. The development will deliver up to 2,400 new homes, including an Extra Care facility, 15ha of employment land, a District Centre, Local Centre and Primary School set within significant open green space which integrates site assets such as the Slipperside and Pickford Brooks.

On behalf of Hallam Land Management, FPCR carried out landscape, ecology, arboriculture and masterplanning services as well as co-ordinating the Environmental Impact Assessment and will continue to assist with future Reserved Matters Applications as the scheme is rolled out.
