FPCR provided masterplanning, urban design and environmental services for the expansion of South West Basingstoke, where over 3,500 new homes have been planned and built.
FPCR prepared all of the detailed landscape proposals for public open space, including greeways and children’s play areas. FPCR have co-ordinated public exhibitions which were well received by the local community. FPCR have overseen the implementation and adoption of these areas to the local authority.
