Skypark is a new £210 million business park development located adjacent to Exeter International Airport, and forms part of the wider Exeter and East Devon Growth Point.

The scheme comprises office, industrial and distribution space together with a hotel, local facilities in over 100 acres of landscape.  The scheme will benefit from a biomass and gas combined heat and power plant which is located on site, and which heats the adjacent Cranbrook New Town (also with FPCR involvement).

FPCR were appointed by St. Modwen as the project’s landscape architects.

Our role has been to produce the detailed landscape and urban design of the project’s green infrastructure and public realm, in addition to management plans and Design Codes.  Reserved matters applications to date have included a new park with trim trail, entrance boulevards, and the start of a new pedestrian focused street through the centre of the site.
