FPCR provided the landscape and ecological consultancy taking Phase 2 of the successful business park, through the allocation in the local plan process to successful planning consent. Enabling works have been completed to provide plots ready for development. This involved obtaining a licence for great crested newts and the phased implementation of new habitat areas in the countryside park.
The first section of the Phase 2 Country Park has now been established, this includes circular routes, new woodland and wetland/ habitats. The scheme design was subject to extensive public consultation and is now used by local residents as well as business park occupants.
