This new residential development of up to 50 dwellings within Weobley, North Hertfordshire has recently been granted planning consent by committee. FPCR provided masterplanning, landscape, ecological and arboricultural services.

The site forms part of the village conservation area and contains a number of veteran trees, which have been retained within areas of public open space. The landscape proposals provide for a new community orchard, retention of existing Public Rights of Way and a sustainable drainage basin. The scheme also delivers a package of enhancements to the local highways network including new pedestrian crossings, signage and footways.
