Information for clients regarding Coronavirus [updated]

FPCR understand that our clients may have concerns about our arrangements to deal with the Coronavirus outbreak. We are confident that our business continuity plans will enable us to maintain the quality service we provide to our clients.

In line with government guidance, we have advised staff to work from home. We have an established protocol that all of our offices are utilising, which is regularly updated as required and as things change. We have a number of software and hardware solutions available to allow project work to continue unhindered. Remote working is available for all staff. Our staff have been briefed of our contingency plans and are able to access projects and client information in a secure manner from anywhere. We have made substantial IT investment in internet connectivity and cloud services to ensure working remotely is sustainable for long periods of time. All data is stored centrally, and backed-up regularly off-site.

Arrangements are in place to allow staff to discuss work without having face-to-face meetings, i.e. Microsoft Teams, conference calls, emails, and video conferencing, which we encourage our staff to utilise. Many of our staff are allocated work mobile phones and all staff can be contacted via Teams and email. You can find contact information for all staff on our Team page.
