The Royal Borough of Greenwich have approved reserved matters consent for the new IKEA store at Greenwich.

FPCR have produced the detailed landscape and public realm design, which includes a new roof top garden and outdoor event space, an extensive ‘green’ and ‘brown’ roof, green-roofed cycle shelters, new street trees, a wildlife park, and new paving and street furniture. This prestigious new development, which is promoted by IKEA as their leading sustainable UK store, is to begin construction in the next few months.
