35 years ago FPCR commenced masterplanning at Hatchwarren Basingstoke, on behalf of Grainger Trust.

The masterplan provided for 2000 new homes, retail, community facilities and extensive areas of green space and new woodland. FPCR were subsequently responsible for the detailed design of the green infrastructure, including sports pitches and community pavilion. This is now all developing well, providing an attractive framework to the housing and facilities including a Sainsbury supermarket. FPCR subsequently also produced the masterplan for the adjacent Kempshott Park development, providing another 1500 homes and community park. The fly through below shows the two developments, green spaces and community facilities. FPCR continue to work on a number of new sites in the area.
