Harborough District Council have recently approved a new outline application for 150 houses together with associated green infrastructure.  Working closely with Gladman Developments Ltd and the wider multi-disciplinary team, we provided a range of environmental consultancy services. FPCR prepared the Masterplan, Design and Access Statement (D&AS), Public Consultation material as well as the Landscape and Visual impact Assessment (LVIA), Ecology and Arboricultural appraisals to support the planning application.

The scheme provides a high quality masterplan to meet the needs of the local community.  Multi-functional green infrastructure will protect and extend the site’s existing environmental assets, providing new accessible natural greenspace (public open space), with recreational routes, a children’s play area, SuDS, wildlife corridors and new native planting to provide a soft green edge to the settlement.
