| fpcr have submitted an Outline Planning Application for new urban extension at Ashby-de-la Zouch, Leicestershire. Appointed by Hallam Land Management Ltd, fpcr coordinated the Environmental Statement, Masterplan and Design & Access Statement. This included producing the landscape visual impact assessment, ecological assessment, and arboricultural study. The project, which was submitted in November 2008, includes; 1,000 new homes, a mixed use local centre offering land for retail, health provision and other community facilities; a primary school; and a significant green infrastructure of some 30 ha of sports pitches, open space, and woodland planting as part of the National Forest Strategy. |
