A planning application for a new mixed use development at Buckingham has recently been granted outline planning permission by Aylesbury Vale District Council. Fpcr were appointed by the applicant, Hallam Land Management Ltd, to provide landscape, urban design, ecological and arboriculture services. The practice prepared and coordinated the Environmental Statement, with a landscape and visual impact assessment and ecological surveys and assessment. Fpcr also produced the Masterplan and the Design & Access Statement. Consent has been granted for 700 new homes, B1 employment, health care provision, a new Primary School and a green infrastructure of sports pitches, open space and woodland.
