| The 169 hectare scheme is to be located on the southern edge of Mansfield, and will comprise up to 23 hectares of land for new businesses, up to 1,700 homes, a community park, shops, bus links, green routes, land allocated for a school as well as land set aside for a future cemetery. FPCR undertook an extensive Masterplanning exercise, involving stakeholders, statutory bodies and local residents throughout the process. FPCR were responsible for coordinating the Environmental Statement, producing the Design and Access Statement as well as undertaking comprehensive landscape and ecology assessments for the site. |
