| FPCR are the masterplanners and urban designers for the mixed use redevelopment of the former Cotgrave Colliery, part of which has now been restored as a country park. The work included establishing a 'Vision for Cotgrave' and FPCR worked with East Midlands Planning Aid to hold a series of workshops with local residents and schools to establish the vision for the development. The masterplan for the site aims to provide regeneration benefits to the whole town. |
