i54 TECHNOLOGY PARK
FPCR are providing urban design and masterplanning services for this major employment site within the Wolverhampton to Telford Technology Corridor.  The proposed development includes a 'Technology Gateway' providing business support, university teaching and research facilities.  A small business village providing accomodation for new start up businesses and ancillary services (including shops, cafe, nursery and fitness facilities) is also included within the masterplan alongside a major investment site for a single technology related manufacturing user. 

FPCR have prepared the Illustrative Development Masterplan and Urban Design Framework to guide the evolving project.  The practice have also prepared 3D and fly-through visualisation and photomontages of the development.  Extensive public consultation has been undertaken and the practice have produced the Development Framework Plan to support the Environmental Statement.
