WATERLOOVILLE
The Waterlooville Major Development Area is a strategic allocation for 2000 new houses, 30 Ha ofemployment and associated facilities north of Portsmouth . FPCR are providing masterplanning, urban design, landscape and ecological services, to ensure a truly sustainable scheme.
The masterplan is being informed by detailed ecological and landscape surveys to ensure sympathetic development. Close liaison has taken place between the development team, the local authorities and local residents throughout the process, work is ongoing
