In consultation with the County and District Council the practice prepared a detailed Development Brief and Masterplan for an allocated 50 Ha Major Development Area, on the northern edge of Aylesbury.
The practice was responsible for the schemes EIA and coordinated the Outline Planning Application submission. FPCR has also produced a Design Code as a companion guide to the Development Brief. This provides a set of detailed urban design standards, providing a level of certainty for the Local Authority in term of creating a high quality residential development
