DARTFORD PARK
FPCR have provided landscape masterplanning, urban design, EIA and ecological services for the proposed flagship development within the Thames Gateway. The 105 Ha scheme comprises a fully integrated mix of employment, residential, leisure and core facilities set within a strong conserved landscape framework. The mix and balance of activities have been designed to achieve the optimum sustainable layout whilst maximising the strategic opportunities of the site. The proposed 'Fastrack' dedicated public transport system is an integral component of the project and provides links between Bluewater and Dartford Town Centre. The scheme has outline planning consent.
