Experienced in a wide range of environmental and landscape projects with expertise in landscape design and masterplanning.  Projects include masterplanning and detailed landscape design work, funding applications, landscape and visual impact appraisals & production and co-ordination of environment impact assessments.

Currently responsible for a variety of projects including the contract administration of the external works for a large new build college in Nottingham, production of a detailed landscape masterplan for a new build primary school in Coventry and landscape design proposals for a new country residence within a historic landscape setting. 

Has recently produced a masterplan for a major business park proposed in Warwickshire on behalf of Advantage West Midlands and produced design guides and masterplans for major residential proposals (over 1,000 dwellings) including sites in Northamptonshire and Warwickshire.

Detailed landscape masterplans and design details have been produced for a range of sites in the National Forest, including Swadlincote Woodlands, where Sarah has co-ordinated a programme of works over the last four years.

She has significant experience at both leading and in a supporting role on major landscape projects and is currently overseeing the construction of a £1 million scheme as part of a new college development.  Other detailed design and contract administration services have been provided on parks and landscape areas in Leicestershire and Yorkshire.
