Responsible for leading a wide range of major environmental, landscape and urban design projects and has proven experience on complex developments, from conceptual studies to detail design, project management and delivery. Areas of particular expertise include inner city regeneration, urban and historic parks, mixed use, housing and commercial developments and leisure projects.

His recent work comprises a number of high profile urban and historic parks, civic spaces and sports developments including the Glasshoughton Regeneration Project in Yorkshire , Burslem Town Square in Stoke on Trent and the new Sports Arena in Preston .

Tim was responsible for leading the Environmental Impact Assessment and producing the Environmental Statement for the proposed Snowdon Summit development and for the design and implementation of other National Park and countryside projects in England and Wales . EIA, Environmental Statements and Urban Design Frameworks have been produced for other major urban and infrastructure developments, including a 3,500 house 'urban village' in Leicester and 105 hectares of mixed use development at Dartford .

He is currently leading the services on three major Heritage Lottery Fund projects, including the £3.5 million Matlock Parks Project in Derbyshire. Community Woodland studies have been carried out across the North West and he was responsible for the production of a best practice guide into the design and delivery of successful urban forest parks.

Tim is a British Association of Landscape Industries Award Winner and a Professional Practice Examiner for the Landscape Institute.
