Over seven years post graduate experience in field surveying working with numerous protected species and habitats within the United Kingdom. As one of the practises most experienced licensed bat workers, currently running the practices bat team, an in-depth knowledge of planning, overseeing and undertaking bat surveys for small and large scale development sites has been obtained.  This includes providing advise on legislation, application for and implementation of DEFRA licenses, work programmes and mitigation schemes.
