Over 27 years experience of complex architectural and infrastructure projects, both nationally and abroad. Recent projects include the American International School in The Gaza Strip. As project leader, Ian was responsible for the design and supervision of the school for 600 students, which included a 600 seat theatre, 250 seat restaurant, gymnasium and swimming pool. At an RAF Cranwell, Lincolnshire , Ian was responsible for the design of an £8.5 million development of new facilities, which included an officer's mess and accommodation. Other MOD projects include Chetwynd Barracks in Nottingham , where a fast-tracked timber framed accommodation complex has been completed. Airport projects have been completed for sites in the UK , India , Dubai and Australia . These include terminal buildings and maintenance hangers. Commercial and Industrial projects in the UK range from a new distribution and call centre for Viking Direct, to a national refurbishment programme for the Boots company. Responsible for the CAD and IT services within the practice, Ian ensures that our networked computer systems provide an accurate and efficient service. Ian also manages the architectural team and Health & Safety within the practice.
